• Resume/CV processing and keyword extraction
• Swiping interface for mutual matching
• Communication tools for matched users

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Profile Information

Verification

License to MatchProlly

By submitting content, you grant MatchProlly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, store, and process your content for service provision
• Analyze your content through our AI systems
• Display your content to potential matches
• Create derivatives for matching and recommendation purposes
• Use anonymized data for platform improvement

Platform Intellectual Property

MatchProlly owns all rights to:

• Platform software, algorithms, and AI models
• Website design, layout, and user interface
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Proprietary matching technology and processes
• Aggregated and anonymized user data insights

6. AI Processing and Matching

By using our Service, you understand and agree that:

• Your data will be processed through AI algorithms for matching purposes
• AI recommendations are automated and may not be 100% accurate
• You should use your own judgment when evaluating matches
• We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee perfect results

By MatchProlly

Effect of Termination
